The service
AIML.ae sets up and runs AI assistants and automations for your business, as described in your plan and any written proposal. The assistant works from information you provide and approve. You remain responsible for your business decisions, prices, offers and any professional, medical, legal or tax advice given by your staff.
Fees & billing
Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), excluding 5% VAT. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable once onboarding has started. Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Third-party fees (e.g. WhatsApp messaging charges from Meta) are passed through at cost.
Your data
You own your customer data. We process it only to provide the service, under a data processing agreement, and return or delete it when you leave. See our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam or unlawful content, or to message people who have not opted in to hear from you.
Limitation of liability
AI can make mistakes. We design safeguards and human handover, but our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai.
