AIML.ae ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What we collect
The details you submit through our forms (name, business, phone, email, message) and basic anonymised analytics about site usage.

Data we process for our clients
When we run an AI assistant for your business, we process your customers' messages and details on your behalf as a data processor, under a data processing agreement, and only for providing the service. UAE hosting options are available.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted processors (hosting, forms, email and payments) that may store data outside the UAE with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@aiml.ae.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, and client service data for the duration of the contract plus any period required by law.
