Questions
Will it sound like a robot?
No. We train it on your menu, your story and your tone of voice, and you approve the style before it goes live. It can use emojis or stay formal, whichever you prefer.
What if a customer has a complaint?
The assistant apologises, collects the details and alerts you or your manager on WhatsApp straight away. It never argues and never promises refunds without your rules.
Do I need new hardware or software?

Can it take orders?
